Information about the website and communication with the office.

Legal information on this website

The website presents the professional profile and services of Arts Law Firm L.L.C. Its content provides general information. Advice on a particular matter requires a review of the relevant circumstances and documents.

Contact and representation

The first message or telephone call is an initial communication. Representation is accepted after the engagement has been assessed and the terms have been agreed. Submitting the form does not suspend legal deadlines.

The contact form

The form collects your name, email address, phone number if provided, the area of your matter and your summary. Arts Law Firm L.L.C. uses these details to review your enquiry and contact you. Enquiries are stored in the website’s database and read in the lawyer’s private dashboard after authorised sign-in. The form does not automatically send email and does not accept documents.

Privacy and your requests

Provide only the information needed for an initial contact; do not send personal identification numbers, medical information, passwords or confidential documents. Data is retained while your enquiry is being handled and for as long as necessary for professional and legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to the relevant obligations, email feim.maliqaj@gmail.com or contact the office at Rr. Tringë Smajli H9 K-1, Prishtinë.

Hosting and security

Hosting, enquiry storage and administrator sign-in are provided through ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure. The platform may record general traffic statistics. To limit automated requests, the website temporarily stores a hashed connection identifier that expires after 48 hours. We do not use contact-form data for advertising.

External services

Google Maps opens only if you choose the map link. Email and telephone links open the relevant applications. Data processing by those services is also governed by their own policies.

Confidential materials

Agree on a method of delivery with the lawyer before sending sensitive materials.
