PRISTINA, KOSOVO
CLOSE TO YOU, EVEN FROM ABROAD

You live abroad.
Your matter has representation in Kosovo.

Legal support for members of the diaspora who have matters in Kosovo and cannot be physically present throughout the proceedings.

Living outside Kosovo does not end your connections with family, property and interests here. A dispute, court notice or investment may require timely action, even when an immediate return is not possible.

I help you understand your legal position, prepare documents and pursue your matter through authorised representation. Remote communication and regular updates help you make informed decisions and plan your visit when it is needed.

Property and inheritance

Property disputes, possession, co-ownership, division of assets, sale and purchase agreements, leases and cadastral matters. Support with inheritance proceedings and the protection of your rights over assets in Kosovo.

Family and civil matters

Divorce, parental responsibility, contact with children, financial maintenance and division of matrimonial property. Representation in claims for damages, debts and contractual disputes.

Criminal matters

Defence for suspects and defendants, advice on summonses and procedural steps, and representation for people harmed by criminal offences. We clarify in good time when personal attendance is required and prepare for your appearance.

Investment and business

Legal due diligence before investing, purchasing property or entering an agreement. Drafting and review of contracts, support with setting up and organising a business, relationships with partners and dispute resolution.

Institutions and your rights

Applications and appeals before institutions, administrative disputes, employment, pensions and enforcement matters. Representation is adapted to the nature of the matter and the scope of the authority granted.

How we work together remotely

We first review your documents, deadlines and objective. We agree the engagement and the required authority, assessing the form, translation, notarisation or legalisation of documents prepared abroad in each case. During representation, correspondence is followed up, submissions are prepared and you are informed about important steps.

When you need to come to Kosovo

If your presence is necessary, I help you plan your visit. Where the procedure permits, I submit reasoned requests to coordinate the date with the relevant court or institution. Setting or changing appointments remains their decision. Representation by a lawyer does not replace personal attendance where the law requires it.
